We are delighted to present this wine list and drinks menu - prepared in consultation with distinguished sommelier Ian Waddington.

This list has been selected to support, enhance and compliment our Indian food - robust yet subtle, and indulgent of the rich, spicy flavours we present. We are honoured to be able to feature organic wines on this list - our sister restaurant Tandoori Nights is London's first certified Fairtrade Indian restaurant and we consider it a point of pride to establish zaama with this ethos in mind.  Just as this new restaurant continues our journey, so these wines explore the new frontier of flavour combinations.

The traditional accompaniments to Indian food are Lussi, usually served between courses as palette cleansers, but equally delightful as an after-meal treat.

We are pleased to offer the traditional alongside the cutting edge and so also include other beverages such as Cobra, Fulham's local Indian beer.
